Amazing Card Burn

The magician spreads the deck and lets a spectator freely choose a card. The card is then signed. The magician lets the spectator fold the card up and put it in a napkin. The magician then takes the napkin, and lets everyone feel that the card is still underneath. Then, in front of everyone, he puts a lighter to the napkin with the card in it and lets it burn. But then, he gets serious, and says 'But the card isn't gone yet. Go over and look by that table over there.' as he points at a table across the room. To everyone's astonishment, the card is sitting there, with the spectators signature.
