Card Levitation

A few years ago, I came up with an impromptu levitation that adds better height to the levitating card. Fortunately, the magician doesn't need to be a hand contortionist to achieve the illusion. The secret of this effect is so simple, I'm sure it's already invented or published, but I came up with the effect independently, so I feel others can benefit from it here.
