Coinage

You show a coin and place it on your arm. You rub the coin and it penetrates into your arm. You make a hand motion above your arm like you are commanding the coin to move inside from the lower arm up to the upper arm. You stop suddenly, and feel your throat. You start to choke and the coin comes out of your mouth.
