This was originally a David Blaine trick, and I haven't seen anyone else do it yet, and it is an absolutely FANTASTIC illusion.
Spectator pulls out a card from the deck, and places it back in. He/she can sign it if you so choose.
Illusionist Says, "Here, I'll pull out a card from my pocket, and it will be yours!" They pull the card out of the pocket, but it's not the spectators. The deck is held in the right hand, away from the pocket (so he pulls the cards from his right pocket if deck is in left hand, and vise versa) They try again, but pulling out five or ten cards. Then he says, "Okay, I'll give you the deck", and pulls out the rest of the deck from his pocket. None of the cards are the spectators. However, the illusionist reveals that where the deck was in his other hand, is the only card left, and it is the spectators!
