A coin is placed a ziplock bag, and the bag is closed. The spectator feels the coin, on both sides, it is really in there. The bag is held up, shaken and so forth to prove the coin is in there. So you take the coin on the table, and you move the bag, and the coin goes with it to show it is still in there, and all of a sudden you lift the bag, and the coin is under it, they have just seen the ebullition of the bag (melting point).
