Jumping Ring

The magician is holding a piece of rope with three knots tied in it; the right knot is holding a ring. After passing the rope behind his back, the ring is now in the left knot, amazing! The magician milks the audience, and eventually realises why they aren't impressed as they think he is just turning it round. He passes the rope one final time behind his back, and this time, the ring is in the middle knot!
