Lazy Aces

A spectator splits the deck into four equal piles. He then proceeds to move 3 cards from the top of each pile to the bottom of the same pile, then deals the next three cards onto the other piles (so the other three piles all gain one more card). He repeats this for all four piles and when he turns over the top of each pile, 4 aces have appeared!
