Winning Hand

The magician flips over the top card (let's say a 2). He deals it face down on the table, then goes through the deck dealing two more of the 2s. He finds the fourth, keeps it face up on the deck, and it visually changes to the Ace of its suit. He turns over the three cards on the table to reveal the other 3 Aces.
