Effect

You ask for a book. It is handed to you. While going through it you agree with your audience that it's borrowed and you've never seen it before. You then riffle through the book, telling a spectator to say stop whenever they want. They stop you. They find the first capital letter word in the first line (if there is none, the longest word is used). She closes the book. You ask her to think of the word and after a moment of concentration, you reveal the thought of word!
