Effect

The spectator shuffles the deck (freely) then he hands out the deck to the magician. The magician takes exactly half, cuts the deck, and then the spectator places 3 cards face up on the table (doesn't matter on what). On each card he puts some cards face down on it. After that, he adds the number of the face up 3 cards. Now let's say, for example, you came up with 13. The magician then predicts what the 13th card placed on the deck is. He counts and he shows you the 13th card and his prediction will be right .
