The magician seemingly mixes the cards with several cuts but the deck retains its original order!

Method

This explanation should clear up confusion about how to do the double undercut. I will be calling the ORIGINAL UPPER HALF 'A' and the ORIGINAL BOTTOM HALF 'B'.

Cut A to the bottom and keep a break (B is now above A, separated by a thumb break).

Break off the bottom half of A and place it on top of B, still keeping the break.

Take the remaining cards of A below the break and place them on top of all the cards.

You have accomplished the double undercut!
