Effect

The magician crawls out of a sewer, and just as Bugs Bunny or Porky Pig might do, he simply takes the sewer top, rolls it up, and walks away leaving solid cement!

Disclaimer: Climbing in sewers isn't something you should really do - it's not very healthy!
