Printing Press

Effect

The magician asks the spectator to select a card from the deck. The card is memorized by the spectator, and then shuffled back into the deck. The magician pulls out a blank faced card from his pocket. He states that the card is blank, and something needs to be printed on the face of it. The magician squares up the deck and asks the spectator to make believe that the deck is a printer. He runs the card through the deck and when it comes out the other side, the spectator's previously selected card is on the face of it. The magician then goes on to say that he can't stop there. He says that the card needs to be packaged up and shipped out to its desired destination. The magician sticks the spectators card in the middle of the deck as if it were being packaged up. The magician waves over the deck and states that the card has been shipped. The magician asks the spectator to look in the deck box, which has been in view the whole time. The spectator is stunned to find their selected card in the box. The deck is then handed out for examination.
