The magician asks the spectator where to stop as he/she riffles down the pack. To their surprise they stop at an upside down jack (or what ever four cards you would like to produce). The magician up jogs the card and almost suddenly the other four jacks come out of the deck leaving one jack upside down sticking out of the deck one upside down on top of the deck, one resting on you thumb (upside down) and one balancing on your fingers.
