You present a real, non-gimmicked pair of handcuffs (I use Smith & Wesson), a bag with a snap on it from a heating pad and a key chain with the two keys for the handcuffs. They are all inspected and seen to be legit. You then roll up your sleeves and remove your watch and any suspect jewelry and allow yourself to be handcuffed. The spectator then covers your hands with the bag and snaps it around the handcuffs. With your hands in the bag you are able to free yourself from the handcuffs. The handcuffs and the bag are immediately handed out to be examined.
