Ask one person to go out of the room, then get a spectator to point to anything he wants in this room. The person comes back in, as the magician points to something, the person must say whether that is the chosen item until the magician points to the chosen item, the person knows and says it is the chosen item. The audience would say I have facial expressions or what ever, so just repeat the trick as many times, the audience will never ever find out.
